Description: See Photos. Comes from an immaculately clean nonsmoking home. In very good condition. Works *GREAT*. Very smooth. We have sold quite a number of typewriters over the years and this one is in the finest condition we have ever seen. Serial number indicates that it was made in 1963, the inaugural year of the Classic 12, and was the 2637th machine that came off the assembly line. It was barely used. Typewriter cosmetics are quite nice. Check out picture number three, that is exactly as we found it. Has been completely serviced. All links have been oiled. All functions have been tested. Works great. Feeding paper is nice (smooth or ratcheted). Keys move easily. No sticky keys. Case closes and locks easily. No key. Ribbon tape moves forward with every stroke. Carriage moves to left and right smoothly with no rubbing on the roller. Roller cleaned. Tab set and clear works. Case hinge is oxidized. Approx 21.5 lbs. Seller Lot #22011. Listed shipping costs are for the lower 48 (USA) states. For the Eastern US, there is a strong possibility that you will get it with 2 or 3 day shipping.
