Description: Vintage Truck Road Flare Smudge Pot K-SC With Wick. Good condition with surface rust. The bottom of the lid threads has a small dent. The base is nice, no dents. Under the lid is good, no rust. Wick looks good. Some light surface rust on the wick assembly. Lid removed is a light smell of kerosene. Embossed on the inner top reads K-SC Pat Appid For. Look to have some trace of red paint. The top of the base , hard to see, is part of the stamp that reads, K-S27 Approved, with the letter R in a square. Don't know much on how it was used. Measures about 6-1/2" in diameter and 6-1/4" tall. Thanks for looking.
