Description: This Olivetti Lettera 22 vintage typewriter is a popular model, combining efficient functionality with an attractive and compact design. The Olivetti company was founded in 1908 and became one of the most successful typewriter manufacturers. The typewriter is in good overal good condition, but I can't make the carriage move when typing. It seems is very rigid when I try moving it with my hand, I am doing it but hardly. The drawband string is there, it may be needing cleaning or it is somehow detached. The keys work, they may need some cleaning as well. It will need a new printing tape too as the one it has is dry already. It may be easy to fix for someone who is knowledgeable. There is no manual or case.
