Description: Decades ago, I used this for my Christmas cards but those days are long gone! It has since been filled with Christmas books or greenery and ornaments but more recently has been in storage - and it deserves better. It is a quality piece that has very few imperfections. And it is BIG. The basket is 18 inches long and 12 inches wide. The gold metal frame (that could use a touch up of paint in a couple of areas but not necessary) is 22 inches long and 7 inches wide. Depth of basket is 11 inches at back and 9 inches at front. The photos are my best description - the gold metal frame is sturdy, made to hold weight. It weighs 4 pounds! Please look closely at all 10 photos that I have posted. If you have space and want a VINTAGE “showy” sleigh basket - this one will NOT disappoint you. This will require a large, sturdy box for shipping that will be costly but I will find the lowest rate that I can and will include the shipping cost in the price.
