Russel -March 19, 1864- October 24, 1926 also known as Charles Marion Russell, C.M. Russell, Charlie Russell and Kid Russell. An American artist of the old American west he created over 2,000 paintings of Cowboys and Indians and landscapes set in the Western United States and in Canada in addition to bronze sculptures . There is a wrinkle in the paper in the top left margin (near quarter in last pic) but the image is in great condition with wonderful detail and color.
