Just discovered in our archives is this wonderful CALIFORNIA decal by OZARK GIFT HOUSE that dates back to 1951. Maybe they were filming one of the beach movies that were popular at that time. Beach blanket bingo anyone? This decal has it all - the pretty girls in bathing suits, the beautiful sandy beaches, golden gate bridge, the cameraman on his dolly, and even a palm tree or two. The decal measures almost 4" wide by 2 1/2" tall and is in good condition with brilliant detail and bright colors. It has a few creases, light corner bending and edgewear, and some foxing. It is copyright OGH 1951 right on the front of the decal. Due to its age and rarity, we suggest this decal not be water dipped, but kept "as-is" as a memento of a time long past.
