Description: This is a vintage Japanese jewelry box made of black lacquer. It features a rickshaw design and a Toyo music box that is in working condition. The tune is “Rain Drops Keep Falling on My Head” and the rickshaw wheel turns. It is a Japanese cultural item and has not been modified. 13”L x 8”H x 5.5”W closed There is a compartment that is wired for 2 “c” batteries but when added, nothing extra happens. There may be a lighting mechanism under the rickshaw but no way to access it. There is no key to this jewelry box. There are some minor dents and finish issues but I tried to show all angles in the pictures.
