This rare and beautiful Art Deco bracelet is by F. A. Hermann. Hermann, who began in 1908 in Massachusetts, is highly sought-after for his finely crafted and artfully designed enamel sterling jewelry from the early 20th century. He is mostly associated with small guilloche lingerie and bar pins. When found, they usually show pretty, hand-painted flowers. It is rare to find his bracelets. The bracelet has enameled octagonal links, beautifully chased and engraved botanical links, and engraved connector rings. The octagonal links have black enameled frames framing a pretty guilloche floral design with a pink hand-painted rose in the center. It is stamped on the back of the rose links "H" in a triangle and "STERLING." The old spring ring clasp with a teeny ball-topped stem is stamped "STERLING." Condition: Excellent!
