Description: Presented for your consideration is this vintage Tonka fire truck toy. The toy is made of pressed steel and has a bright red painted body with the original decals on the sides of the trailer and cab. It is a No. 5 T.F.D. hydraulic aerial ladder fire truck. The trailer and the cab are two separate pieces that connect together with a peg and hole. The tires of the truck are marked with "Tonka." Three ladders are included with the truck. The ladder doesn't seem to move up and down. Not sure how it works to be honest. Looks to be all original. Dates to about the 1950s. Would make a nice addition to any antique or vintage toy collection! Very light wear from age and use. Overall in good condition. Please refer to the photos for the best details. Measures 31 1/4" long, 5 1/2" wide at the widest point and 7 1/2" tall. Comes with original box, box is missing a chunk off one of the ends. Box is a bit brittle.
