There is a satin ribbon around the waist with a front bow. MEASUREMENTS are as follows: BUST - 34" WAIST - 24" HIPS - FULL LENGTH - SHOULDER TO WAIST - 14", WAIST TO HEM - 25" CONDITION - GOOD - The seam on the back chiffon at the waist needs a few stitches as does the ribbon of the zipper inside.
