Description: Omega Seamaster 300 Big Triangle Reference 166.024 Presenting one of Omegas most iconic and desirable vintage dive watches. This one was sold new in 1969 and includes Omega No. 13 bracelet from the same year, along with Omega Extract of the Archives paperwork. Features: - Rare “big triangle” original dial in good vintage condition. The tritium markers have aged with a speckled patina - 42mm Stainless Steel Case - Retains strong, sharp lines. Satin finishing has become shiny from normal wear. There are some minor marks and light dings from normal wear - Seahorse Caseback. Inner Caseback shows reference number and year of case production, 1967 - Original and rare Bakelite bezel, in excellent condition - Hands appear to have been professionally relumed at some point - Bracelet has a few aftermarket links which are a larger width and thickness than the factory bracelet - Includes Omega’s Extract from the Archives Photo shows tritium responding to UV light. The markers, bezel and hands no longer visibly glow unless under ultraviolet light. Watch shows normal wear and has not been reconditioned. The movement runs and functions however a service is recommended for timekeeping accuracy. This is a great classic watch to wear and enjoy.
