The skillet is made of high-quality cast iron material and has a heat resistance of 600 degrees. It comes with two pour spouts and is seasoned, ready to use, and perfect for antique collectors. The item weighs 7 pounds and has a height of 2 inches. This vintage cast iron pan was fully restored. Striped down to bare metal using a lye bath. All rust was removed using electrolysis. Seasoning – Five layers of flax seed oil were applied and baked on after each coat. This forms a natural, easy-release cooking surface and helps prevent the pan from rusting. Unlike today’s cookware, this piece will literally last a lifetime. Versatility – It can be used over gas, electric and wood stoves and over campfires. DESCRIPTION Flat bottom surface, it does not spin. It is free of cracks, chips, and rust. Logo and Lettering on the bottom - The inside cooking surface is very smooth, some scratching exists which is normal for a skillet of this age.
