Description: Vingcard 2100 Encoder + ONE Handheld. Was working when removed from hotel but has not been turned on again in over 3 years now. Has 1 hand held unit included! There is 1 memory card and 1 power adaptor to the base included. Do not know much about it other than it was working when removed. The one handheld was recently refurbished prior to removing, still has clear film over screen as seen in images. Hand held powers on and says Ver 1.44. I do know the password so you can access it but you'll need to reprogram accordingly. I have a 2nd handheld but it does NOT power on and looks like it needs to be refurbished.
