It is matted in a 16x20 mat. I believe it was hanging in somebody's office at the TV Guide building or something. I currently have a few others that I got out of a storage unit. This is the actual cover used. The back says it is an Eastman Dye transfer print. Very odd Great Piece $8 S+H Act Fast on this one!
