When I contacted the company they said they would send me another copy, but I would have to pay for shipping it back because they weren't sure if the problem was from them or if I had caused the problem. I wasn't about to pay return shipping when it wasn't my fault to begin with. This issue doesn't cause any problems at all, it's just the fact that it wasn't perfect with what I paid for & wanted you to know about it. I'm a retired elementary school librarian that definitely needs to downsize & this is just the beginning! Please see my other book listings & keep checking back!
