They send the tools that they receive that are made in any country other than Germany and America, (such as Pakistan) to their missions work done worldwide but have the German and American made tools resold to help fund the missions of those doctors. The tools have never been "professionally analyzed". I open/close the finger rings to at least see if they move as they would assume to be made to do. I don't know the "finer details" of their motion in case they have one, so inquire about it if felt necessary. My pictures will include a photo of it at open and at closed position.
