Description: This boxed set of four vintage vinyl Tchaikovsky symphonies includes his last three symphonies: No. 4 in F Minor, op. 36 No. 5 in E Minor, Op. 64 No. 6 in B Minor, Op.74 (Pathetique) These last three symphonies are performed by the Leningrad Philharmonic Orchestra and are conducted by Yevgeny Mravinsky. This orchestra was founded in 1882 and give a moving performance of these symphonies. The albums are produced on the famous Deutsch Grammophon label, a premier classical music record album label. The box is in fairly good condition with some wear from being in storage for years. The vinyl albums are in their original sleeves and are in NM condition. The set includes a booklet discussing the music and a review from the Carnegie Hall Selection Committee. The photos are the exact albums you will receive. Please message with any questions.
