Description: Nice vintage 1980s Smith Corona Cartridge Mark I Coronamatic (model W3RD) portable electric typewriter with carrying case and user guide. Attractive two-tone tan/brown with dark brown keys, very clean and in near-mint condition, works well. Has Pica typeface (ten characters per inch). Uses Coronamatic ribbon cartridges, easy to change ribbon system, carbon film or nylon fabric. Currently has new black carbon film ribbon, but will accept other colors and white (for correction). Extra ribbons available from many sources online. Has 12-inch carriage, which will accept 8x11 paper side-wise. Shipped in its strong case and inside a sturdy carton, for no shipping worries.
