The theme is SECRETS. The upper left section is a US customs form. Really cool little piece. The back used to have a pop top hanger. That's what the glue is from. I think this collage was done in the early 2000s based on dates on others pieces I bought. But it has a great midcentury feel. This piece is unframed and will ship quickly after careful packaging.
