John W. Wilson exposée dans la galerie du Cercle Artistique et Littéraire de Bruxelles (Collection of John W. Wilson exhibited in the gallery of artistic and literary circle of Brussels), published in Paris, 2nd Edition (1873). All known editions (1st-3rd) were limited editions. Engraved by Theophile Chauvel (French painter, engraver, lithographer and photographer; a pupil of François-Édouard Picot (1786-1868) and Jean-Joseph Bellel (1816-1898), entered the Imperial School of Fine Arts on 4 March 1854.after artwork by John Berney Crome, the Young (an English landscape and marine painter associated with the Norwich School of painters.
