RPPC Antique "NEW YORK ICE CREAM PARLOR" Groceries Tobacco Lunch Long Island? NY

Description: Up for sale is this UNIQUE & Very Rare Antique 1908-1913 (estimated) ORIGINAL Standard Size REAL PHOTO POSTCARD (RPPC). It shows the "New York ICE CREAM PARLOR ~ Confectionery Lunches ~ Cigars - Tobacco ~ Groceries" with the proprietor posing in the doorway. While unmarked, I believe this is a New York State / Long Island, NY location, since the postcard came from an old Long Island estate (likely was in the same family from when it was created until it was sold at a recent estate sale). BOTH windows also have lettering / advertising and say: "New York Ice Cream Parlor". The left window also says: "Cigars Tobacco ~Lunches Soft Drinks", while the right window says: "Lunch Goods ~ Fruits Candies". LOWER right corner of building has a sidewalk sign that almost certainly lists the flavors of ice cream. Sadly the sign is out of focus in the postcard photo. While the individual words are visible, they are not readable. Lastly, NOTE the early fire hydrant in lower left corner. The stamp box on back says AZO with 4 upright triangles which dates the postcard between 1904 & 1918, since divided backs didn't start until March 1907 that is the earliest it could be. The RPPC is standard size approximately 5 7/16" wide by 3 7/16" high. Please enlarge and look at ALL photographs to see details & condition. This would make a GREAT to ANY Real Photo Postcard / RPPC, Ice Cream Parlor, New York City / Long Island Storefront, Advertising, or historical collection. NOTE: I consider this postcard / photo to be Very RARE because I can't find ANYTHING from this SPECIFIC New York Ice Cream Parlor. Even Google image search can't find any exact matches!!!
