Gently used product - NOT beat up garbage! Not buffed/resurfaced/polished. CD plays and rips flawlessly-TESTED. There is a small notch (saw-cut) in the back paper insert. This can be seen in pic #3 if you enlarge it and examine it closely, right below the red "RCA" logo in the lower right corner. Jewel case has been replaced and only the back insert is affected. NONE of that Chinese or Russian garbage. Not here, not ever. This is NO LOTTERY! If you see a "Very Good" item and you buy it, well then you'll receive a "Very Good" item so you know before it even gets to you that IT WILL BE as described. Unlike some sellers that describe every single item as "VG" yet you "MIGHT" get a less than "Acceptable" garbage. Not in this store - no lottery here, no guessing!
