Description: Vintage pair of 1920's Art Deco sconces. They are heavy and made of what I believe is Nickel, having a beautiful aged original polychrome finish to them- in Silver, Gold, Bronze and Turquoise colors. These are very nice quality-made sconces, with uniquely Art Deco detailing in their designs, mixing angular/geometric themes with beautiful florals in their motif. The sconces have been rewired and are ready to hang. The sconces still have some dust and residue on them from being stored away for 40 years, and the polychrome may have very small bits that may have chipped off slightly over 90 years. They could stand a nice cleaning. Measure 12" tall, 8" wide, and 4" deep from wall. They are marked on the back: " 1 M 2 "
