Description: WW1 Sam Browne Leather Frog Sword Hanger Condition: Excellent, with no holes, tears, or cuts to the outer leather. The leather is still soft and supple, although there are some scratches from use and age. The hardware is aged nicely and works as it should. This leather sword hanger would have been issued to an officer during WW1 to slide onto a Sam Browne belt and attach a steel suspension sword hanger to the belt. It is unmarked. These original Sam Browne sword hangers in this condition are difficult to find, so don't miss out on this great piece of history!!!
