The Marquette Range took care of the LakeSuperior & Ishpeming dock in Marquette, and the Canadian National dock inEscanaba. This film also serves as atribute to the 145 years with which Escanaba, Michigan contributed to thehaulage of iron on the Great Lakes. Dueto the closure of the Empire Mine on the Marquette Range, the dock in Escanabawas shut down as well.
