This is made by hand and it frankly looks like it is uncirculated with no wear whatsoever. The crowned, mantled figure of Charles V stands facing beneath a Gothic dais, sword in his right hand, scepter surmounted by Hand of Justice in left. On the reverse, there are cross fleury with crowns and lis alternating in angles within quadrilobe. This has been certified by NGC as AU 55, which means almost having been never touched or circulated. It virtually has the characteristics of a mint coin and is a lustrous and appealing piece to add to the stack.
