She originally could crawl when you inserted two D size batteries, but she is not working mechanically. Her battery compartment is intact, and the battery cover is also intact and fits on the doll just like it should. She is wearing her original outfit, but the elastic has lost its elasticity, so a safety pin holds the outfit snug on the doll. The outfit's snap works perfectly. The only other alteration I see is that her fingernails and toenails have nail Paint, but whoever painted her nails did an expert job of it! She is such a cutie and awaits her loving home.
