Description: You are bidding on an original M1905 M1 Garand Union Fork and Hoe (UFH) bayonet and US scabbard. The bayonet is 20 3/8 inches with the blade being 15 7/8 inches. The blade has the factory semi sharp edge. The metal has a dull greenish gray parkerization finish which is thin. There is some small pitting in the metal. The bayonet is marked UFH, US and dated 1942. The hilt and the flat of the blade have a small ordinance stamp. The hilt is marked C-64035-UF. The grips are black plastic and one is numbered C5613680. The push button release does work. The scabbard is green fiber with scratches. The top metal cap is marked US with an ordnance image and is marked V P-6. The one metal tip is missing as pictured. The bayonet will fit the M1 Garand or Springfield, Remington Rock Island or Smith Corona M1903 or M1903A3 rifles. Win multiple auctions and I will combine them so you save on shipping.
