Description: LEICA MDG32 MOTORIZED STEREO MICROSCOPE STAGE/BASE W/ DCI MODULE - SOME ISSUES! Description Leica motorized stage base with DCI control box intended for stereo microscopes. The base has a 13mm opening for a fiber optic light guide in the back. You are buying only the stage/base with the DCI module as seen in the pictures. It does not have a focus column installed and the movement(SmartMove) controller is NOT included! Light Base P/N: MDG 32 / 10447390 Motorized Stage P/N: 10447305 / MTI 91 ConditionThe DCI module powers on but it has a noticeable buzzing electrical sound which amplifies when the stage is moving.The stage centers itself when the DCI module is powered on. (see video)When we attached a SmartMove controller(not included) to the DCI module, the stage moves in both directions, but only in small increments as seen in the video, after the centering operation beep. We are not sure if this is normal.The glass stage plate has scratches as seen.There may be other issues that we have missed. Sold AS IS, due to the above mentioned issues.
