This piece advertises Colchesters, a brand of rubberized cloth shoes meant to be used for both indoor and outdoor use, that was famously purchased by the much more prominent Keds in 1893. The scenes feature a variety of activities: a rower gliding across the water, a cyclist riding a classic Penny Farthing, energetic tennis players, and a baseball player proudly sporting a uniform emblazoned with "CRC" for Colchester Rubber Cloth. Exhibits moderate signs of wear includes creases from being folded at one point in time, scratches, and some rips.
