Description: While working with RCA Records in Milwaukee in 1970, I had the pleasure of helping promote a Lana Cantrell tour stop, with performances set for the Crown Room at the top of the Pfister Hotel. She was also promoting her 1969 (latest) RCA album “The 6th of Lana”. While visiting with her she was happy to sign a copy of her album, and that’s what’s available here. No. of tracks: 10 Note: This is a Not For Sale Promotional Copy (as stamped on the back of the LP jacket.) Release year: 1969 Dedication: Lana signed the front cover: “To David. Just a few years late. Love, Lana.” (Her reference is to her visit to Milwaukee coming almost 2 years after the actual album release date.) Note: The vinyl record, which appears to be in excellent condition, is inside the original generic RCA 4-color inner sleeve. However, while the vinyl looks great, the glue holding the top and bottom of the album’s cardboard jacket is no longer holding it together. I’ve elected to NOT re-glue this and have opted instead to ship it as is. (See photos.) This LP will be shipped for a flat fee of $5. $5 more to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.
