You will receive the item shown in the pictures. If more photos are needed, please ask! This listing is for a very colorful rough slab of Kaleidoscope Jasper from Oregon. The Kaleidoscope mines in Oregon are owned by Lapidary Central, and their website states that there are dozens of varieties of this material. As I do not know the specific variety of this piece of kaleidoscope, I can only tell you that it is an older piece I obtained from a collector. Kaleidoscope Jasper is a petrified Bog Wood. This piece has a colorful center and is very solid, and will make very striking cabochons. If buying for cabbing, please note: the outer edge (tan areas) contain less silica and can not be used for cabs. This piece can be used for lapidary, as it is a large slab and will make several cabs. As it is a fossil, it would also make a great display specimen once polished. More information on Kaleidoscope Jasper can be found on the Lapidary Central website, please do visit their website for general information on the material. Dimensions are approximately 4.5"x 3.9" (see photos) and 6.21mm thick. Please note this is in an unpolished piece. Weighs 134.2 grams. Items will ship within 1-2 business days. Please ask if you have any questions or need better photos. Thank you! *Please note - While we don't accept returns on items sold, we do want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will do everything we can to make it right.
