Zips in back and has elastic around neckline for a very flattering fit. Overall normal wear. Some wrinkles from wear/storage. Missing some sequins. Bottom hem of satin skirt is rough edges. Looks cool especially if you are using this for Halloween or a costume. See pics for details. Also has a slight chemically odor-possibly from a previous dry cleaning.
