I swapped on a nitto seatpost and selle flite ti saddle since it came to me with a random ugly combo. Also swapped on a very attractive 3ttt stem. I'm not sure if the SR Sakae bars are original, but they ride great. Unfortunately it's a catch and release for me since it's just too small (I'm 6'6" and just couldn't make the fit work). I'm open to trades for larger bikes of similar quality.
