Description: Very Nice Griswold #5 Small Block Logo cast iron skillet pattern number 724. This skillet has the grooved handle style which can be a little harder to find, it is the 3rd and latest variation of handle styles manufactured with small block logos. Made in Erie, Pennsylvania by the Griswold Manufacturing Company from 1950-1957. CONDITION: Skillet is in good vintage condition. Cooking surface is smooth but has some light wear consistent with age, which will not affect cooking at all. It has a subtle wobble at the 9 o'clock position corrected by less than 1 index card. Please see photos as part of description. ~Disclaimer: All vintage and antique cast iron typically shows some signs of wear including light utensil marks, discoloration, and minor pitting. I always do my best accurately picture and describe each piece so you can buy with confidence.
