Description: Gorgeous Churchill Briar/Wheel and Barrow rose 3-tiered plate stand, hand made by myself from recycled vintage plates. The Churchill plates are produced in England (bottom and top plates), with a mismatched Wheel and Barrow plate in the middle tier. The plates are in very good condition. No chips or cracks.
