Surprisingly balanced for an SG Fully set up - action at 1.75mm to 1.25mm at the 12th fret Obviously, the body has had some… teenage angst burned onto the wood so the price reflects as such. Probably worth the asking price for the electronics and playability alone. Would make a good refinish project, or play it as-is and make up some stories about your tumultuous high school years.
