They have not been installed on a rifle and lack the 3/32" diameter hole at the front of the dovetail. The last photo shows one of these sights next to one that has been installed on a rifle and has the hole. They have a dark blue-black finish. They have a little greasy residue that is readily removed. The blade measures 0.052" wide. The overall height from the base of the dovetail to the top of the blade is 0.675".
