Description: Farrah Fawcett Collegeville Halloween Costume Orig Box 1977 Unused ITEM DESCRIPTION - 1977 vintage Collegeville Super Halloween Costume of Farrah Fawcett, Sz Large (12-14 Yr) in the original box. Costume has not been used and both the mask and costume are in excellent condition with elastic band intact on the mask. Costume has a vinyl back and fabric front. Bottom edge of the costume has some staining from bleeding color in the skirt (see photo). Window of the box shows some wear with some rub marks where her nose fits in the box.
