Description: Overall, very good condition. Small patch of hair missing. Head is composition. Right facing eyes. Flakes to the nose of mother and nose & face of child. Hair is tucked into a blanket surrounding the child. The child rests in the front just below the chin of the mother. The mother has an added accessory headband. They are both covered in a traditional multi-colored indian blanket. Underneath is a florial dress down to her feet. The body is filled with twigs, leaves, straw and grass stuffed in a muslin sack. Red felt tightly holds the dowled wooden legs sturdy. The moccasins are made of brown patterned masking tape. This is a nice example of an early Skookum doll. This doll measures 12 inches tall.
