I discovered this fork in the *way* back stock of a high-end bicycle shop as it ceased operating and it will come to you in the lovely NEW and UNCUT condition seen in the included photographs. This iconic fork was designed for road frames that require a straight 1-1/8" steerer tube. Its full, uncut carbon steerer tube measures a lengthy 295mm from the top of the fork crown to the end of the steerer. Standard rim caliper brake required. For 700c wheels, 45mm rake. Axle to crown measurement is 365mm. ***PLEASE NOTE*** This is indeed a rare 1-1/8" fork from LOOK, Made in France! It's bright white decals evoke a wonderful time in the history of the sport and will look great on your compatible bike. Overall condition is a conservative 9.8 out of 10. It appears to have had a front brake lightly installed at some point, there are faint impressions as seen in the pics. Neither dropout shows any sign of QR or hub contact, and the lawyer tabs are intact. The finish looks great overall, with a few imperfections on the silver alloy dropouts from light "shop wear" in storage the past 20+ years.
