Version 2.0 has done away with right and left side versions as well as "softening" the edges to make it look more like the slabs it holds up. The stands are now interchangeable with left or right sides of the slab. The Sphinx CB1 2.0 STILL allows you to display your awesome comics with a secure and stable system. The Sphinx CB1 2.0 is almost invisible and will not distract from the viewing of the comics. You will get 4 sets of stands to display 4 CGC Comic Slabs. These stands are for CGC Graded Comics that were graded AFTER 2016. Not the year the comic was published. These will NOT FIT comics graded BEFORE 2016. These will NOT fit large, super or oversized slabbed comics. Not sure what year your slabs were graded? The Sphinx CB1 2.0 is a great way to display your CGC comic slabs. Some things to keep in mind: · Some wear marks on the Sphinx CB1 2.0 are normal. The resin the Sphinx CB1 is made of is less dense than the slab material so as to not damage the slab. · Make sure the final display location level and large enough for placement of stands. The Sphinx CB1 2.0 is stable under the correct placement and installation. We will not be liable for damage to slabs from falling over OR incorrect installation of the Sphinx CB1 2.0. The stands allow for some play of slabs to allow slightly off 90 degrees tilted back for better stability. These holders will only fit on normal sized Silver/Modern Age comics. They will not fit comics larger than 6 5/8″ wide by 10 3/16″ high OR double sized issues. Installation: Turn slab upside down with the front facing to your left. Place one of The Sphinx CB1 2.0 stands with the shorter part facing towards the front of the slab with the flat side facing up over the slab just before the L shaped tab protruding from slab. Using two fingers straddling the slab and in front of the Sphinx CB1, slide the Sphinx CB1 towards you until the L shaped tab slides into the mirrored tab on the Sphinx CB1 2.0. Do not pull on one side or the other unevenly. This may damage the slab or The Sphinx CB1 2.0. There might be a small click as the tabs engage. It may be easier to tilt slab 45 degrees or so to install the Sphinx CB1 2.0. Repeat for the other side, remembering to face the front of the slab to the right. Obviously, comics not included.
