There is a large puncture hole in the front side of the case. There is a large crack in the case in behind where the manual sits. There is a large crack in the case in above where the disc sits. There are a couple of small cracks in the upper and lower portions of the spine of the case. There is a small scratch / indent mark in the outer plastic of the back side of the case. There is a small cut mark in the outer plastic and case artwork insert of the spine of the case. There is a large crack in the left-hand side edge of the back side of the case. Comes as shown in the photos. What you see is what you will receive.
