Description: Antique cabinet card photo of lovely young woman in exquisite Victorian dress with bustle. Butte would have been considered part of the 'Old West' at this time. Photography studio is listed as A. J. Dusseau. Dusseau is a very well known photographer from Butte...having started a studio there in 1876 or 1877. Given that Montana became a state, I would think that this photograph would likely be more from the 1890s as it might have stated Montana Territory otherwise. I had seen the A in his name listed as a few different things, so I tried to look it up. But his death certificate itself lists him as A.J. See photos for dimensions. Approximately 4 1/8" x 6". Cabinet card will be in protective sleeve and mailed in a rigid mailer. Will be sent USPS First Class Letter. Thanks for looking! Please let me know if you have any questions.
