The US supplied War Aid shirts made from HBT to the British for use in the Far East. Originals are Very hard to find. They are made exactly as the originals, using original period BD buttons.The Tear out Gas flap is also present, although its more useful as a Pocket.(I havent added the extra buttons on the inside for the flap, but I’ll give you some if you really want to rip the stitching out) Measured flat in inches: 36-38 Smallshoulders: 18”Pit to Pit: 20.5”Shoulder to Cuff: 23.5”Neck to Hem: 28.5” Please check measurements to ensure a good fit.The shirt Pictured is a size Medium on a 40”Mannequin. Made from heavy weight cotton HBT.the first photo is the accurate colour.They are pre-shrunk and have been factory washed.
