Description: Up for sale is Cips, a bay tovero pinto on El Pastor (mold #61, sculpted by Chris Hess, introduced in 1974). This particular run was produced as a Limited Edition in 1987. He has tri-colored eyes, detailed nostrils, and handpainted white-pink hooves. This example of Cips is probably the most shrunken shrinky (when a model which has lost mass due to oozing begins to shrink unevenly and/or develop thin, warped legs; temperature and moisture are found to be the two main factors in the rate of degradation) I have ever seen! He has an extremely disproportionate appearance, an area with dried "ooze" running down his neck, and has shrunken to an extent so great that you could almost say he is the size of a Classic (1:12) scale model, even though he is on a Traditional (1:9) sculpture! Due to shrinking/warping, this poor guy cannot stand on his own. As a nod to his amusing level of being a shrinky, he has been nicknamed Oozy. Sadly, Oozy's body is extrememly flawed. There are countless shiny marks covering just about every inch of his body, his plastic is extremely yellowed, and he has a lot of scratches, marks, etc all over. Some shrinkies have a "vinegar" odor; I did not notice one with this model but it is possible you will smell vinegar upon unboxing/interacting with him. If you're a fan of curious models and oddities, don't hesitate to make an offer on this one! He will be a fun addition to a collection. Thanks for looking! - Models will only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. - Colors in photos may differ from colors in reality.
