Description: This guitar is one of Mitchell’s Les Paul style guitars in a beautiful deep black finish with maple binding. It has zebra humbucker pickups and locking tuners with 2-Volume pots and a push/pull tone pot. The strings come through the body via ferrules. I purchased my Mitchell Les Pauls new on sale from Musicians Friend because they are very well designed with attributes common to Gibson, Schecter, ESP/LTD, PRS, and Fernandez (via the jack body socket), but at a very reasonable price. All Mitchell guitars are a prodigy of Guitar Center and are only available new through Guitar Center and Musicians Friend. The intent of them is to offer a quality instrument for newer guitarist. I have taken these guitars to another level with my branding offering 1) A cover for the exposed strings through the body and bridge, thereby providing a place for the player to safely rest their hand while playing (this also keeps the bridge in place during string changes and it is not required to be removed to restring the instrument either 2) I've added a custom shaped elevated Greasy Groove pick guard from their “Outer Space theme” ( in this case) along with a truss rod cover from the same material3) To keep with the zebra theme of the pickups, I changed the pot knobs with those that I made in the zebra color scheme combination I include an appropriate padded gig bag. My pricing is as low as a can go given the parts additions & changes I have made. It is strung up with 10s but I’m willing to restring the guitar with a buyers preference.
