For Plastics it highly recommended to rub-down with alcohol (such as methanol or rubbing alcohol) in order to remove any traces of mold-release agent and trace oils. This is necessary for the product to work! Use the product sparingly!Solvent-based glues can damage some kinds of items (finished surfaces & some plastics for example). Test first on scrap material- NOT for use with foams. Protect work area with newspaper.Remove the sheen from shiny items for best results (items with a smooth finish) using steel wool or fine sandpaper.Apply to one surface, do not apply pressure. Clamping isn't needed.Grabs fast, but allow to dry for 24 hours for full strength!IMPORTANT: Always replace the cap tightly after each use to prevent product evaporation. Can be thinned with Toluene only. Cleans up with Acetone.
