No cracking or tears to the leather or canvas. Straps and handles are free from dryness. Leather shows light use and some water marks. Water mark on one handle interior and on the longer shoulder strap. The hardware on this Palermo pm is shiny gold with minor tarnish and insignificant scratches. The zipper runs smoothly, minor scratches on the zipper charm. Canvas is nice and thick with vibrant colors- no faded canvas. The interior shows light wear from normal usage, small mark to the main compartment in the corner- I can barely see it with and without the flash on my camera. Some small marks inside the slip pockets. Minor wear on the piping trim corners but it still looks good! There is a scent of leather, canvas, metallic from hardware and storage scent, from not being used in a while. Overall great used condition with some small water marks and pocket stains.
