Description: These late 1800s Victorian era 14k gold dangle pierced earrings are a true collector's item. They have round paste stones equal in size to 1 carat diamonds in each. Paste is a vintage jewelry term used to describe faceted cut glass cut in the shape of a genuine gemstone. This created the look of a sparkling diamond, but at a much cheaper price. This pair of earrings features the round cushion cut glass held in place by a very pointed and high profile prong setting, and the ear wires have a back latch and they hang 3/4" long. They are in excellent condition with only very faint wear and scrapes from testing the gold and tiny bubbles in the glass all of which is not noticeable to the naked eye when you wear them. They are not signed, but were acid tested as 14k gold and the stones were also tested and are glass. SHIPPING within the USA only and they will arrive gift boxed. 1787
